The Big Sandy Superstore Arena Conference Center can off you many options for your next event. Not only can we offer many arrangements of seating to accommodate your guests, but we can create the setting for your special event. Our Grand Ballroom opened in 1999 and features the Riverside Suite and meeting rooms. We host assorted events, reunions, proms, tradeshows, holiday parties, office functions, job fairs, conferences and videoconferencing. We also serve as a wedding and reception venue. No event is too large. The Conference Center has over 100,000 square feet of exhibition space and features an on-site coordinator to guide you through your planning needs.

The Grand Ballroom and Conference Center offers catering services by SAVOR. SAVOR is known for their focus on food presentation, exceptional quality, fresh authentic flavors, flexibility and creative concepts. SAVOR treats each facility individually and carefully consider demographics, trends, pricing, integrity, food safety, ethnic and regional choices, market­ability, and client service. Our team at the Big Sandy Superstore Grand Ballroom and Conference Center takes pride in preparing your local favorites for your occasion. We can prepare light refreshments to buffets to cater your event at your request.

If interested in booking a conference, we have hard wire microphones, staging elements including elevation for your equipment, easels, dry erase boards and flip charts with markers that will be included in your booking fee. The conference center will accommodate any additional equipment (lavaliere mics, audio/visual equipment, phone lines, wireless internet, ect.) for an added fee. We can also provide you with a videographer or photographer that is familiar with our facility if necessary.
