Meetings & Conferences
For meetings and conferences, hard wire microphones, staging elements-including elevation for your equipment, easels, dry erase boards and flip charts with markers will be available and are included with your booking fee. The Conference Center will accommodate any additional equipment for a minimal added fee. A videographer or photographer can also be recommended that is familiar with our facility if necessary.
The Big Sandy Superstore Arena Conference center offers exceptional catering service by SAVOR. Our team takes pride in preparing your local favorites for any occasion. SAVOR is known for their focus on food presentation, outstanding quality, fresh authentic flavors, flexibility and creative concepts. We can prepare anything from light refreshments to full buffets and even multi-course plated meals.
